A Family Tradition that became a Passion!
A fish fry the way it oughta be…
What began as a humble dream on the campus of Morehouse College—a fish fry for friends and neighbors—kept growing as the line kept getting longer. Today, we carry on Poppa’s tradition: fish hand-dipped in our house breading and fried to order, crispy outside and flaky inside. Every plate is served with the same spirit that started it all: good food, warm hospitality, and a place for everyone at the table.

Family-recipe hand-breaded fish, fried golden to order and served with fries, coleslaw, and a slice of bread. A comforting plate made for sharing good food and fellowship.
The Family Pack…
Feeds four to six: a big spread of fish with fries, slaw, hushpuppies, and our homemade Cajun Tarter Sauce.
