Our Story
We're The Fish Fry Guys — a family-run fish fry that sets up at festivals, fairs, fundraisers, and backyard gatherings with hot oil, cold drinks, and a warm welcome. Everybody eats. Everybody's welcome.
It all started with a Friday Family Tradition…
The Fish Fry Guys is a family run fish fry pop-up. Our love for fish fry began many years ago, standing on a chair beside our grandfather, James C. McNeill, in the kitchen. Every Friday, he'd come home with fresh fish, scale and clean it, and bring everyone together for a meal after a long week of work. Those fish fries became a tradition built on good food, fellowship, and gratitude.
The Fish Fry Guys is our way of sharing that love with everyone.

How we roll
Booking The Fish Fry Guys is easy — we handle the fryin', you enjoy the crowd. Here's what a fish fry at your event looks like:
We show up
We bring everything we need — fryers, a fry station, and smiling faces. You give us the space, and we take it from there.
We fry fresh
Fresh fish hand-dipped in our house breading and fried to order — never sitting under a heat lamp. Comes with all the fixin’s fries, slaw, hushpuppies, and Homemade Cajun Tartar Sauce. Ok
Folks eat happy
Plates go out fast and hot, portions are honest, and nobody walks away hungry. Kid-friendly options keep the whole crew happy.
We pack it up
When the last plate is served, we clean up our whole setup and slip out quiet — leaving your grounds cleaner than we found them and your guests already asking when we're coming back.
Book us for your event
Festivals, fairs, church suppers, company picnics, weddings, fundraisers — if folks are gathering, we'll bring the fry. We book weekends and weeknights across the region, and dates go fast during festival season, so reach out early.
